Terms and Conditions

Welcome to YouGlow Makeover. These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of our bridal makeup, hairstyling, saree draping, and related beauty services. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

YouGlow Makeover is currently operated by Aswathy C L.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after:

Your preferred date is available.
A booking advance has been received.
Confirmation has been provided by YouGlow Makeover.

Until then, your requested date remains available to other clients.

2. Booking Advance

A booking advance is required to reserve your wedding or event date.

The booking advance:

Confirms your reservation.
Blocks the requested date exclusively for you.
Covers administrative planning and the opportunity cost of declining other enquiries.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event, before completion of the scheduled services.
Additional services requested on the event day may incur additional charges.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the Client Cancels

If you cancel your booking for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or any reason outside our control:

The booking advance is non-refundable.
The reserved date will be released.

If YouGlow Makeover Cancels

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, including medical emergencies or other unavoidable situations affecting our availability:

Any booking advance paid will be refunded.
Where reasonably possible, we may assist in suggesting an alternative professional, but we are not obligated to provide a replacement.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

If your new requested date is unavailable, the original cancellation policy will apply.

6. Travel & Accommodation

YouGlow Makeover provides services across Kerala, India, and internationally.

For destination weddings or locations requiring travel:

The client is responsible for travel expenses.
The client is responsible for accommodation for the artist and team members (if applicable).
Travel arrangements must be finalized before the event.

7. Event Delays

Clients should ensure that the venue, schedule, and bridal preparations are ready at the agreed time.

Significant delays caused by the client may reduce the available service time or require additional charges if our schedule allows.

8. Health & Allergies

Clients must disclose any:

Skin conditions
Allergies
Medical conditions
Cosmetic sensitivities

before makeup application begins.

Although professional-quality products and hygienic practices are used, individual reactions cannot always be predicted.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate booking information.
Arrive on time (or ensure timely access to the venue).
Provide a clean, safe, and suitable workspace with adequate lighting and seating.
Inform us promptly of any changes to the booking.

10. Photography & Portfolio

With your permission, photographs or videos taken during your appointment may be used for:

Portfolio display
Website
Social media
Marketing materials

If you do not wish your images to be used, simply inform us before or during your appointment, and we will respect your decision.

11. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, photographs, branding, graphics, and other materials, is the property of YouGlow Makeover unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without prior written permission.

12. Pricing

Service prices may change from time to time.

However, once a booking is confirmed and the booking advance has been received, the agreed pricing for that booking will be honored unless additional services are requested by the client.

13. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service:

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, skin condition, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions where prior sensitivities were not disclosed.
Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or booking our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this website with the updated Effective Date.
